Guzzi in ABQ

This Guzzi has been on the ABQ CL for a couple months now.

Not surprising considering the price.

Seems like a good deal, but really - that kid should get a job in advertising. Insanely fast? INSANELY? LOL. Surely, it sounds awesome.

Not really a CL find.

A couple of my riding buddies recently told me about these guys.

http://www.motointernational.com/

They offer a fly and ride option. That is if the ticket costs less than $300.00.

Look at their current offerings.

Somebody buy this before I take it down to Supertune next weekend and spend more money on it, and then can't afford to sell it.

1968 BSA 250 Starfire - $2800 (NE)

Classic vintage motorcycle. I have owned this bike for 27 years and now it's time for me to part with it. This bike has less than 3000 miles on it and is completely original down to the original British Dunlop tires. Engine fires right up and runs well. I even have the original owners manual. This is a rare bike in great condition.

We talked on the phone the other day though, and I got the skinny on it mechanically....sounds good with a minor amount of work to do to get it all there.
It's an SX that ran low on oil. He had to tear into it, so he split the cases, dropped in 5th & 6th, put on a new cylinder and had it bored to 540. New rod, new bearings and seals, balanced crank, EXC stator/flywheel.

He has an EXC wiring harness that has yet to be installed, so the wiring isn't accommodating the e-start yet.

Nice looking guzzi sidecar rig in albuquerque

NOT MINE...but looks interesting...

http://albuquerque.craigslist.org/mcy/3249770198.html

1975 Moto Guzzi 850T in immaculate original condition. This bike has an astounding 14,000 original miles and runs great. This amazing bike comes with an even better 1953 Duna Sidecar. The sidecar is one of only two I've ever seen. It was made in Hungary in 1952 and 1953. it is all aluminum and weighs only 125 lbs. +/- . I have seen only one other Duna sidecar for sale in the United States.

The bike is strong, original and in amazing shape for any bike much less a 38 year old bike.

The Guzzi and Sidecar are an amazing combination and both perform amazing with the bike being able to go 80-90 mph with the sidecar at 7,000 feet in elevation. You will never see a combination like this at any bike show in the world.

If you want a true daily rider and a show bike with sidecar then this is the bike for you.

Please call me at 505-231-4187 for an appointment to see this grand bike and sidecar.

Key words; side car, vintage, antique, classic, Sidecar,
