Pretty good looking bike and pretty good deal on it too.

Used Scrambler
If anyone is looking for a very lightly used Triumph Scrambler, there's one at Apex Sports in Colorado Springs. It's not up on their website yet. They're asking $7895 + TTL.
2012 in matte green with 34 miles on it. Yes, 34 miles. Has the single seat with luggage rack, tach (not sure if they all come with one, but it shows as an option on Triumph's website), and a windscreen. I hate the screen, but someone apparently liked it. The pipes aren't even blued yet! I rode it and was sorely tempted, but I cannot justify a third motorcycle, even though I'm single and don't answer to anyone. |

![]() ![]() ![]() Yeah...I'm still thinking about it...just figured I'd post it up here in case someone wanted to jump on it. Used Scramblers don't seem to be all that common. |

Not even close...hardley has yet to discover/dream of overhead cam(s) like that bike has....hd needs two cams in the lower end to run 2 cylinders/four pushrods/four rockers/two valves each...truly barbaric engineering ![]() My motorcycle enclopedia shows Husqvarna had more advanced engine architecture in the late 1800's others were working on 4 valve heads, etcLets not get pushy, hd finally connected the crank and gearbox with chains or belts in one unit that weighs mucho more than our current off road bikes ![]() P.S.: Not too far from my residence is a hd dealer that has free barbys, beer, catered food, etc that I go to just to eat free and listen about the hd guys discuss their bike problems and how loud their bikes are,,truly amusing/idiotic/brain damaged clan...I don't prefer the history books may mention hd as the premier USA motorcycle manufacturer TooFast screwed with this post 12-18-2012 at 05:39 PM |
