rickman metisse

so, is $15K a fair price for the '72 Rickman Triumph Metisse? If the bike is a 1972 Rickman is it OK for it to have a '73 motor? I know they're rare (300) and this one looks to be totally restored, but given that it's being sold by a consignor, how much money is one leaving on the table--additionally, no possible fudging on tax it seems. Mind you, I always believe in giving the government everything it deserves.

2001 honda xr400 enduro - $2300 (denver)

http://denver.craigslist.org/mcy/4305634440.html

Street Legal Dual Sport Motorcycle.
Purchased 7 Months Ago For $2600.00, Rode Only 5 Hours, And Added A New Speedometer.
No Longer Have Time To Ride, So I'm Selling It.
The Kill Switch Was Disconnected When They Hooked Up The Speedometer For Some Reason,
But Other Than That, It Runs Great! The Kill Switch Is There, It Just Needs To Be Hooked Up.
Make Me An Offer If Interested!

1974 Moto Guzzi Eldorado - $14500 (South Chandler)

http://phoenix.craigslist.org/evl/mcy/4281169908.html

Beautifully restored and absolutely flawless. Runs perfectly and needs nothing!

This is the citizens version of the police bike. It offers a low seat height, perfect for folks like me who are vertically challenged.
I also have the passenger seat and rear begs.

In addition to the total restoration the following have been added or modified...
Original replacement rear crash bars.
Chromed floorboards, front shocks, and fork tube covers.
Polished brake drums, front and rear.
Polished valve covers and front timing cover.
Custom saddlebags.
Electronic ignition.
The seat, spotlights, and paint job really topped it off. The Smokey Gold & Vivid Black paint turned out better than I imagined.
I get "That's a beautiful color" from every woman that has seen it. Of course men like it to but they just say "I like the color.
The old sealed beam headlight was replaced with a halogen one.
Couple that with the halogen spotlights and it really lights up the road nicely.

Equivalent to if not better than a 'Cycle Garden' restoration.

I would trade him my Norton for that Eldo. Nice one.

Nicely done, but no way I'd give up one of my Nortons for one.

Used to think I wanted a big Guzzi until I rode one. To each their own I guess!

2006 KTM 450XC. Only ~350 original miles! (approx) I bought this bike years ago to have as a spare and never have used it. It is in "like new" condition and has never had any repairs. Has NM street title! Extras include KTM 3.5 gal tank and seat (shown in photo), original tank and seat, Pro Moto kick stand and SA end cap, radiator fan, KTM skid plate, EE hand guards. boot guard. This bike is not an EXC model! This bike won "bike of the year" in the magazines. It is a hard to find model and I doubt if there is an other one this fresh anywhere in the country. Bike is still on the original front tire and I just installed a new rear tire. Bike is completely serviced and ready to go.

This one is probably the close ratio gear box.

That does not explain having no chain. And that price is ridiculous.
