Toronto to Bay of Fundy, New Brunswick & Back w/ pics
the name is Ramtin...
by no means a true adventure rider... I ride a 2013 ER-6N... My girlfriend rides a 2007 S40 for now as her starter bike!
We decided to spend our 2 weeks of vacation riding to New Brunswick this past summer, stay there for a week and come back. It was a 3200 km ROUND trip. Original plan was British Columbia but since it was our first trip, we decided to take it easy. Not to mention we didn't have a lot of time as we had to get back to work :S
We went through Ontario into NY, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine n finally to New Brunswick. We've found our American friends very friendly all across and the shores of Fundy Bay was a fantastic reward for us. On the way back we took the northern Quebec route... Wish we didn't lol. U.S. had much better roads!
again, we are not that experienced. We just fell in love with touring when we did this for the first time. We are planning to do more but i am definitely going to work on my bike to make it a bit more comfortable for touring... having said that, i am SUPER impressed with the ER-6N... we did about 550 kilometers a day and it was not that bad at all! i was using my passenger pegs or standing up once in a while but besides that, i was in no pain.
anyways i just wanted to introduce myself and post some pics of our little trip. I am glad to find this forum and hoping to learn a lot from here.
Most of the pictures are just point n shoot but some are from my DSLR. i do a bit of photography as a hobby on the side.
A Fundy Bay Golden Hour!

Fantastic pics! I've done both sides of the Bay of Fundy several times. If you go again check out Advocate Harbour NS, the roads in and out are spectacular.
