Nothing related to this deal has gone right, has it?

I find the last part to be just a bit absurd.

Have you run across a bank that doesn't allow online loan payments in the last decade.

I suppose I will have to drive my happy ass down to the branch on Tuesday and write them a check at the counter for the entire balance.

That is astounding. IF you were to wish to finance, I would change banks!

Apparently the bank doesn't allow online payments, you have to use the booklet.

Why have an online account access to the loan if you cannot make payments from a checking or savings account.....................

Apparently they are living in 1993.
The US banking system is the most retarded in the developed world. Most of the gee-whizz services just now becoming standard have been normal in Europe for twenty-plus years. Even so, to find a bank that doesn't have moderately well-sorted paperless options is surprising.

To deal with the current luddites, simply refinance. There's usually no charge for refinancing a vehicle loan (if you've got yourself locked into a loan with a prepayment penalty, you REALLY got suckered.) Also most likely if your bank has an on-line bill-payment service they will print and mail checks to other organizations still operating in the 20th century.

Coming up on a month with no GS.

Thankfully it is in the capable hands of a BMW dealership getting righted. I hopefully should be able to ride it sometime next week.

They are taking the bike back and cutting me a check.

Now comes the difficulty of determining what to buy next.
