left side kick. time to "break in" the other knee.
I still kick mine once in awhile just for shits and giggles. getting used to the left side kick while mounted was fun.

Both knees have been worked on. When I was racing desert, the starts are dead engine. My rt knee is the really bad one and I had to wear a brace. I was riding a 540 KTM at the time, so I could get pretty good starts with the left side kick. I switched to a KX500 and never got a good start again. That'll teach me.

And dirtrider, I will post a report, but it's gonna take me a while to get her back on the road. She needs some TLC. Engine seems strong and I was able to start it on the 3rd kick cold.
