Met Alcan for lunch.....1500 k later......

So nice to meet with Alcanrider this year, we met up for lunh in MI. It was a pretty cool ride, down jacket under my stich. Anyway, it was a over 1500 k round trip, laborisly made on the beemer,......holy moly, is THAT what 110 k an hour endlessly feels like?

Great to see my dear friend Jack since I wount be attending this years d2d, but plans are afoot to attend next year, although geeezzzz......110 kmp all the way there and back????? I dunno, sounds like a job only a busa can do.......

Actually he was a bit under the weather. Stayed an extra day, slept 18 hours, drank two cups of milk and ate some saltines. Appeared in good shape when he left yesterday and is currently just north of Jasper on Hwy 16.

Damn..............I feel special...he road to me!!!!! Of course it was kinda right on his way to Key West. Was good to sit and chat with him and ride with him again.
