Honda PCX 125: Typical 95 to 98 mpg, best recorded 104 mpg

Kawasaki KLR 650: 55 to 65 mpg

Honda Valkyrie: 32 to 36 mpg. Don't like to get that one out of sight of a gas station.

Aprilia Sport City 250 - 75 MPG
Kymco Super 8 150 - 75 MPG
KLR650 - 50+ MPG
XT350 - 60-70 MPG

Some past bikes:

84 Yam FJ1100 - 40 MPG....I rarely took this out without breaking 100MPH

83 Yam Venture 1200 - 45 MPG

89 Kaw EX 500 - 60 matter how hard I twisted the throttle

Suzuki DR 250 - 60+ MPG

Kaw KE175 - 70 MPG ......pretty good for a 2 stroke.

I owned quite a few other bikes and they mostly got between 40-50 MPG
I ride, Therefore I Am.

2006 Yamaha Vino 125: 75mpg stock, 90mpg after disabling the unnecessary accelerator pump. A common mod, just requires unbolting the arm that pushes the pump.

04 Aprilia Mojito 150 - 74mpg on my first and only check.
Seems good to me since I'm heavy on the throttle all the time.
