is there a size defined already for the Dr? If not I'll have to measure the diameter and the length.
thanks,
Chris
The tool, as its set up from KM, has a 20 mm shaft (for a 20 mm axle). It could be used fit a larger axle / hub by shimming it with tape, foil, cardboard, lite tin, etc. but the set actually has a shim that takes that to 25 mm. You just slide it over the 20, easy peesy.

Optional adapters (shafts) are sold in 15 and 17 mm for you guys with the girlie bikes. But you have to unscrew the 20 mm shaft off of the pusher and reinstall either the 15 or the 17. Takes 30 seconds with an Allen wrench, I just keep one in my box with the tool. If you have a hub that is smaller than 15, all it would take is to turn it in a lathe, to whatever diameter you want. Hell, you could turn it down with a power sander, doesn't have to be NASA perfect.

Hope that clears up the questions about the tool and the adapters. It's important to know what size hubs you are using it on. I've done dozens of rims now and haven't run across one that wouldn't work.

My XT225 has M14 axle nuts, wonder if the axles are 14 or 15mm? Guess I need to measure em' to be sure.

I love my girlie bike, makes me feel so big and tough!
(But I need a better seat, cause sometimes my thong gives me a wedgie!! ) lol

I got in on the first group buy, and boy I'm glad I did. I just wish there was something to dismount the tire that's as slick as this thing is to mount the tire. First in line for THAT group buy !!

Just put the tool to use for the first time - works exactly as advertised. I just wish I jumped on the full kit with the stand combo.

I just used the tool and stand yesterday. Spun a tube and had to replace it. Simple and easy!
