Hi dick smiths has oz & nz map DVD for $50 ATM.

These are older versions 2010 I believe still quite usable though

yep, as long as they are version 3 you can still auto route if needed. and i seriously doubt they would be doing much to update the trails and tracks we most rely on...

Just bought this, a few observations -
I cannot find a track that will allow me to route.
When opened in Basecamp you have to go down to 700m to see the tracks, when you open in Mapsource you can pull out to 3km and still see the tracks.
Not as much detail as Shonky.
I'd be a bit pissed off paying full price for it.

50 is about half of what it woulda been innit?
