I have gone Tahuya alone a few times. I am very stupid. I would not recommend this to anyone. Have a topo map or GPS it can get very confusing.

It can get a bit confusing, but if you just head in one direction you will hit a road eventually.

I used to get turned around a lot in Tahuya, and then I had one of those moments of genius: I snapped a phone-pic of the map in the parking lot. Eventually you get onto a road or trail with a name, and you can see where you are on the map. Little victories.

RedBaster, Phil and I hit Tahuya on Sunday. Thought I would share our adventure.

I forgot how nice it was last Sunday. Blue sky and everything. BTW, your ride looks pretty low on the wetness scale for Tahuya, no drowned bikes or riders

We took it pretty easy and tried to take the driest routes possible. It was still a bit wet for a sunny blue sky day though.

Good times

It was a great ride as usual. Did the Howell Lake loop with a little single track for good measure. Might go back this Sunday on the Honda EZ90 Cub.
