it isn't the rain that sucks, it's that guys in cages nearly hit us when we cross the street at cross walks when it's sunny and bright, let alone when there's rain hampering their traction and vision.

It rained heavy here for what seemed like 2 or 3 weeks straight. I was contemplating putting a clothes line across my cubical. I'm enjoying the sunshine now.

West
A potent Pacific low and associated cold front will punish the West Coast tonight and tomorrow, bringing with it significant rainfall and high winds. Gale warnings are currently in effect along the West Coast from central California to Washington State. Mariners should try and stay off the water through the weekend if possible. The last significant rainfall for San Francisco was back on May 21st and it looks as though the dry streak will come to an end Thursday. In fact, the rain will likely continue into the weekend. Both the Cascades and Sierra will get in the action tomorrow as well. Winter storm watches are in effect for much of the Sierra. Over a foot of snow will likely be on the ground (above 6,000 feet) by late Friday.

I'm gonna wuss-out tomorrow and let the cages and rain clean the roads off. Jeez, but I hate BART. I'll mount back up Friday. Ride safe all who brave the elements tomorrow.

I'll let you know later. First rain of the season...roads are slick. So if I can keep from being the puck in the commuting hockey game, and can keep from being blown off the bridge into the mud, it should be okay.

Yeah, but we like to share.
I'm feeling more Oregonian everyday. I just got done mowing the yards in light rain.
Now if I could just get rid of this armpit mold....

Update: the exec VP just sent out an email saying he was too sick to participate in the meeting, so it's postponed.

And as joc said, seems pretty mild out there right now. Blustery last night...got the old elbow in the ribs at 2:30am to go secure the shit flying around on the back deck
