4 riders rescued from Bear Trap Canyon

As the title says there were 4 riders rescued by helicopter from Bear Trap Canyon over the weekend (7/20-21/13). The riders were tried and dehydrated but otherwise okay.

Anyone on this forum? Come on fess up?

Need help with bike recovery?

Isnt Upper Beartrap where the trophy tree is? That aint that bad. I rode Lower Beartrap all the way down to Bodfish once, probably really nasty and hot trying to go up the mountain on that one last weekend.

Beartrap hasn't been cleared in years....they should have asked me first
Were they really there or another trail?

I'm thinking of trying Bob Rabbit this Saturday, close to BT and cleared?

"four subjects on dirt bikes who had become stranded near Bear Trap Canyon"

yep, close but no cigar is what I'm thinking
