Looks great, glad you got the fitment sorted out. I kick myself for not buying a "R" when I bought my new bike a few months ago.... Looks sweet..

Thank you and thanks again for the help and pictures - it was actually easier than I expected once I figured out how much and where to add spacers/shims. I ended up using hard delrin (hard plastic material) for my spacers/shims. As for getting the "R", I was incredibly close to picking up a new standard 990 and installing the KTM suspension kit to raise it to "R" spec because I had given up finding an "R" and then a dealer local to me called to let me know that the last new "R" in the country became available when his customer withdrew his deposit and bought a Multistrada instead so I didn't even blink and am happy for it. I figured that if I was buying the last of the 990 series, it had to be the "R".

Apologies for the delay (currently overseas) - mine are the standard ovals with no carbon tips.

The only pic I have of the Wings pipes 'pre Jesse Panniers', you can just see them poking out from under the mountain of soft luggage (hence the need for the Jesses! - it fits inside the panniers or it doesn't come!))
