Wobbly Rear Wheel

Got a spoked rear wheel on my 2005 GS that is really out of alignment. I've left it because it does not seem to bother my ride in terms of vibrations, but jeepers, sure would like to fix it. I took it to a dealer to get an estimate and they wouldn't commit to anything, saying it's near impossible to true that wheel. Now I know someone named Woody does that, but I am in Canada, and don't really want to ship the wheel back and forth. Any ideas
Thanks, inmates.
