Any one been up there lately? Thinking about hitting it in two weeks. Curious what conditions are like(water crossing mainly).

Just going by your screen name, are you doing MTB or motor? Also, are you planning on going through Devil's Punchbowl? I'm wanting to do that after Westfest in August.

Once on mtn bike is enough for me I think ( from Marble). That climb is brutal. Would like to go from marble to CB and back.

Cool...if you do this ride in a couple of weeks, could you please take a few pics of the condition of that uphill/downhill more difficult section at the DP?

I was up there on June 28th riding the 401 on my mountain bike. Everything was dry as it gets:

I saw a few motos coming up from the Marble side when I was waiting for my friends at the top of pass:

That's my KTM 500 on the ground. About a month ago, I had damn hard fall. I was really ripping, and I lost the back end and flew into the trees and fence. Guess these things happen...

We will be riding it on Aug 16th. Coming from Spring Creek Res. in Taylor Park area. We did it last year. Great views, easy ride. We gassed in CB over to Marble, had lunch and a beer at the BBQ joint in Marble and back over via Lead King Basin and a West at the top of Schofield and back to CB and back to camp.
