What ever happened to the Sunday morning cawfee tawk that used to go on? We need to get that going again, but at someplace better than a fucking Dunkin' Donuts.

I have a great coffee place up on Tatum and Dynamite. Any interest in meeting up there on Sunday mornings?

We could even move it around from one week to the next, so not everyone has to hump it up to my part of town.

Don't humor the north valley riff-raff with chit chat.

There's a coffee shop in downtown QC that seems to be the craze of all the hispters. They even have an open mic night. I say we push them out and send them packing to snobsdale where they belong. I don't even know what the name of the place is but I'll check next time I go get some sushi next door to it.

I didn't do to much dirt, but check out the ride report I did about my ride to Santa Fe last summer for ideas (link is in my signature line). Also, the Great Divide Mountain Bike Route might be a good option for you as well.

What do you guys have for gloves and why do you like 'em?
I keep looking and looking and the only thing I've come to realize is you can spend anywhere from $30 to $250....my current top 3:

1. KLIM Adventure
2. HELD Sambia
3. Tourmaster Intake Air

I have a pair of Held gauntlet style all leather gloves that are now over ten years old and still in excellent condition. The only issue is that they have lost some color. I paid $200 for them back in 2003, and have no regrets.

I can't say what the quality is like on the ones you list above. Kilms are probably overpriced, like all their shit, and thet Tourmasters are probably a good middle of the road quality.

all mx style moto gloves suck IMO.

I recently bought some leather gauntlet gloves from a company based out of Oregon for $40 and they are excellent. They are not motorcycle gloves but the guy custom made the extra gauntlet part after I called him and asked what I wanted the gloves for.

If I had to do it again I'd get the Elkskin Ropers from Aerostich which is actually the type of glove i was after in the first place but me being a cheap bastid I wanted to try something even cheaper.
