Yes.

I've done it with a Mitchy HD tube, not easy but necessity was my motivation.

I carry a 19" most times cause it works both ends.

Did you get into the Sperregebeite yet? Pick up a few diamonds when you're there!
Might be bloody cold at night if you're camping in the desert? Just watch out for Kudu - the reason so many vehicles travel with their interior lights on at night is that the bloody creatures jump over what they can see.
Nam' has its own special beauty, doesn't it? Must get back there - it's been too long.

Dave Namib air fly Windhoek to Luderitz Friday,Sunday and Monday.
Call a bike shop in Windhoek and ask them to send you a couple of tubes.

Try Honda windhoek +264 61 381600

KTM dealer +264 61 258642

Mikes MC's +264 61 258642

Or ask folks around town if they know anyone flying in from Windhoek that you can ask to cary back 2 tubes for you, it's a small place and someone will know a pilot or someone traveling in the next few days.

Which way are you heading north up through Sossusvlei or up through Mariental?
