Exactly, he should be banned just for putting such filth on that bike. He must've been a previous KLR owner

"Previous KLR owner." Now that's just a low blow...

Seriously, here's a flyover's take on why Coors was the best beer for the situation:
-we were in Colorado, the natural habitat of this particular macrobrew
-we were enjoying a frothy trail break every couple hours; a bottle of fat tire would be too fragile, and a can of dale's pale ale would be too, eh, influential to our riding technique
-we saved our good taste for the bulleit and knob creek around the campfire

Coors: perfect. But my mind could be changed by some craft brew/GS photographic evidence. Post some pics!

There are more great beers being released in cans every day. And for that I am forever grateful.

After being a Colorado transplant for most of my adult life...I can assure you, no one there, drinks that..

However, I can appreciate that you kept it local..

Oddly, my old travlin' partner, 40 Mile Desert Rat..always took Fosters...one of those oil cans blew up on the Saline Valley Road in 90 degree heat..slathered his tent..sleeping bag..smelled like beer the whole trip..

Thats THE banquet beer ladies, ease up. I'm only siding because I was born and raised in the nasty Nati. IPA all the way, Coors when the bonfire is hot and nothing else is available!

Didn't know there were so many beer snobs in Colorado. We had a great time in spit of the fact we drank a few Coors! Besides it's about the riding! Try it some time!

Not to defend my post or the beer but.... I find something more simple and less heavy is best on a trail break.
