suzuki wheels on airhead

I am planning on installing DR650 forks on my R100/7 project. I do not yet have a wheel. Will any Suzuki wheel fit those forks and axle? RM125, RM250, etc

I'm thinking not...

Found this post on DR650 wheels...
http://drriders.com/topic6434-10.html "The DR650 front wheel is pretty much only compatible with the DR forks... the DR250 is the only other match..."
From the link above, sounds like the brake rotor is what makes it different. You might want to research a Suzuki parts fiche website to see which parts are interchangeable between RMs and DRs, to see if you can make RM wheels work. But it looks like there is a fair number of DR250 and 650 front wheels on eBay right now.

FWIW, complete RM125/250 wheel assembly (wheel/hub/bearings/rotor) are a direct bolt on to DRZ/KLX 400 forks/axle/spacers/brake caliper.

Gets messy, but DL 650 lower legs and wheels fit DR 650 tubes, though the tubes may need to be shortened. That gives you dual disk stoppers.

That's been done to get more front travel on DL's.
