His version of events doesn't really jive with what I'm seeing on the video. Unless there's something we can't see on the video, like oil on the road or some such, I don't see how he wouldn't have been able to stop well before running into the trucks. Just sounds like he's trying to save face - "haters gonna hate" is often the catchphrase of those who are unable to acknowledge their own shortcomings.

On the lighter side, my favorite part of the video is where he gets knocked in the ass by his own bike once the trucks start moving again.

Looks like at the beginning of the video his left hand is up near his helmet messing with something.

He screwed up, made bad choices, poor awareness skills, lesser braking skills, didn't use his options (like going off to the left around the left truck).

And because he was wearing the ol' GoPro and posting a video we're supposed to feel sorry for him or help him feel he did all he could?

BS. I simply see lousy awareness skills and poor decision making leading to his "oh shit" result. All his fault in my book.

Unfortunately, yes.

I looked at the listing of his other vids and there were a few of his son in the list.

With any luck, stupidity is like male pattern baldness... and skips a generation.

That's what I was thinking. He got in over his head, freaked out and looked like he was in a pinball machine Glad he wasn't hurt.
