Finally started getting my groove on; today cannot be described; made it across the Panhandle, I almost understand why people feel the need to "be" Texan. Rolled hard until I hit Clayton NM, was putting my rain gear when I saw this guy sitting in front of the fire station:
His name is TJ, the guys let him man the station with his phone if they need to run an errand, we talked about Trevor and wheelchair etiquette, great guy.

Met this guy coming out of the local library; he told me they have "sexy" books in there, but his daughter won't let him check them out

This is where the story turns seriously surreal; spot a car on the side of the road in nowheresville NM, flashers on, so I stop to render assistance. Turns out not only are they from Little Rock, they know Trevor, she's an opera singer(!) in a local metal band(!) Iron Tongue, who actually performed at one of Trevor's fundraisers. What are the odds?

They are heading to Capulin volcano, and so am I...

What was their trouble? Did they get back on the road?

Behave, if necessary and get some rest. Tell the Dumas Boyz the fam says "HI". When you finally see Kyle tell him he needs to visit LR again!
(Estrogen moment) Miss you and have enough fun to bring home and share with the rest of us!

Trevor's ride report was the very first I read here and among the most inspiring ones. It is good of you to bring him up again. He was and still is one of the best of us. His report and video played a large part in getting myself stoked to do it too. Thanks Trevor, and get well.

Jaw is having a hard time posting so I copy and pasted what he wanted posted

Nah they were fine, just had a drink blow ip in the back seat; sticky times. Capulin is a 2400' extinct volcano with an awesome twisty road going up and a great trail going down into the crater to the vent. I was hoping to snag some virgins to be sacrifice to Vulcan, maybe get things percolating again, but Virgins are in short supply in this area, must.be the proximity to Texas,

Looking up from the crater

Don't forget to also check out Trevor Ware's report Go West Young Man and his video When were you young truly inspiring ride on my friends

Will finally be hooking with the Dumas boys, and riding over to Montrose to see my buddy Kyle. The Dumas boys went by to see Trevor when they started their trip; Pam said the Trevor gets the biggest kick out of their exploits.

Don't forget to give if you can, send him a postcard if you can
