Alright, camping is off....tech day in! Excited to meet some new airheads to our large and growing community. Let me know if I need to bring any tools for back up, Kyle. Brad, I'll bring those mains I got from Dean.....but sounds like you need another set of slides.

I have all the tools you mentioned, but honestly, still bring them. It'll be good to have two sets. Blaine told me about the colourtune, I'm excited to see it in action. Thanks so much.

I thought blaine was jetting the mik's on the /6. I think he's keeping the bings on the /5. He's doing a fork rebuild on the /5 as well. We have some head scratching to do on his /6. It's been a problem child lately.

I'll bring them with me. I can seem to figure out that magical jet configuration to get it running well.
Reminder to myself that I need to bring Brad's big ol swing arm bit.

I've never hosted a tech day, so I'm not sure what else to tell you other than bring your airhead, tools and favorite beer.

For the early arrivers, I'll be brewing coffee for anyone who wants it.

I have a tool chest with most common available tools including a flower nut wrench. If you have any specialty tools, please bring them.

Looking forward to it.
I kinda wish I still lived in Marietta, so I could join this day. I live in Raleigh now and have been self-teaching on the airhead. Have fun, wish I could join.

That's why I just refer to it as "the asshole."
The /5 is the well behaved child.

I'm not going to take the jets if you're not done with them. I'll hit you up the day I start the new jetting. And my bike is named. "Asshole". Although I've been calling it brother lately.

Jenna - if you go could you pick me up a pair of bing float bowl gaskets just in case - I've heard that it's easy for them to twist or get torn easily. Will need them sometime if not this weekend....

Not sure if it is too late or not, but if they have the carb rebuild kit for some bing carbs that would be amazing if you picked me one up :)

My seals and gaskets could all probably use a replacing.

I might stand around and see what I can learn - can assure you I'll be no help with carb tuning.

Great call on the box fans. Very good idea.
