Rally Training in Tunisia November 2013

Anyone heading here from the UK?
.: INTERCINTINENTAL RALLY EVENT IN TUNISIA - NOVEMBER 2-11, 2013 :.

We are excited to announce a new, 10 days long-long, non-competitive off-road tour. It will take place in the remote parts of Tunisia, between November 2-11, 2013. The event will start and finish in Genova, Italy.

Organized and supported by the Intercontinental Rally team, this is a great opportunity to sharpen your rally skills, get a taste of cross country travel in the Sahara, or receive some coaching and expert advice from our team.

This friendly event will get you there in a fully supported and all inclusive package. All you need to do is to get your bike or car to Genova, and we will take it from there. The event is limited to just 30 cars and bikes so sign up early! We will spend 7 full days in the Jebil National Park area exploring dunes and traveling on old routes established by the Beduin traders over many centuries. The landscape is breathtaking in its stark beauty and its remoteness will provide unlimited terrain to explore. The November 2013 off-road tour is perfect if you want to experience a shorter course or if you plan to join us for Intercontinental Rally 2014 it's a great opportunity to become proficient with GPS navigation, orienteering and life on the road.

Mike, not sure of the connection to the UK.
I've now entered and will be taking a van down from the UK and leaving it in Genoa during the event.
If any inmates know of a safe place to leave a vehicle in Genoa for ten days then please let me know!
I've space for two more bikes so if anyone wants to contact me to arrange transport please do so.

Hi,

this is a link to a Travel Website a friend of mine created.
He is listing a few places around Genoa, campgrounds, which allow you to leave the van or trailer there in an secure environment.

The website is in German but the address info and links are easy to spot.
If you need translation give me a shout.
