NoVA mechanic recommendations?

Sorry for the new thread, did a search but couldn't really find anything relevant.

Two years ago I sold my dad my '08 Wee-Strom, and it now needs new fork seals. I'm in Vermont, he's in Leesburg, VA, so I can't exactly pop by and do the work for him. And he's not mechanically inclined enough to want to do it himself.

So would anyone happen to have a recommendation for a good mechanic in the vicinity of Leesburg? The local Suzuki dealer is quoting around $350 to swap the fork seals, which sounds beyond ridiculous to me.

Regardless, ain't gonna be cheap--shop rates run about $100/hour, hereabouts.

Contact Allen and Chris at Dual Sport Armory. They do the work on Donovan's dirt bikes and the KLR he had. Allen's a good guy and can help your dad out.

Tell Allen that Donovan referred you. :)

ETA: I know I don't have many posts, so if it means anything, we haul the bikes the nearly 2 hours to Winchester to get the work done. Another friend of ours hauled his bike out there from Falls Church based on our recommendation and now he recommends them to others, too.

Thanks for the referral Helen. My name is Chris and I work at DSA. We can take care of your fork seals easily and can also perform any other services your dad needs. It would cost your dad $150-$175 for new seals and fresh oil. Let us know if we can help you.

Also looking for a mechanic, ideally closer to Arlington though if anyone has any recommendations.

Depending on what bike you have you really can't go wrong with either Mike at Manassas Honda. They are both top notch techs and the service writer (Greg) is a riot.
