Question Munich?

I have 48 hours in Munich in a couple weeks. Where to rent for a day?

I believe the BMW renting is now taken by Sixt, so check them out as well.

On which day will you arrive? Beginning in August I have six weeks of holidays coming up, I might be able to show you around a bit.

Anything special you are planning to see? Neuschwanstein, Andechs? Or more riding than sightseeing?

Karl Maier is great. A member from the US on here has rented from him and was satisfied.

I buy my bikes there (but get no percentage for referrals! )

Back in 2010 I rented from Karl Maier and they were great. But a word of caution- they are a little lazy with responding to emails etc. But if they say they have reserved the bike, then it will be done. So dont worry

Also be aware they are located on the outskirts of Munich city so if u have only 48 hours then plan accordingly. We stayed at a B&B near his place (Landgasthof Hotel Forchhammer). It was conveniently located and he came & picked/dropped me.
