Nice day in Hope

Had the day off, and some time for a short ride. Hope was a good choice. Absolutely beautiful crisp, clear fall day! Was a bit nippley(mid 30s) when I left the house, was 50+ coming back. Caught the Discovery Cafe on their last day open. Light traffic on the Seward Hwy, and didn't see a single bike on the way down. On the way back, bikes everywhere! Stopped by Barb's, and picked up a Cycle Pump, and battery tender pigtail for the GS. (On sale!) If it turns out to be the last ride of the year, it was a good one!

Just spent the night out at Bowman's in Hope a couple weekends ago. Nice and comfy.

Awesome Jeff, glad you got home in time for that ride! Wanted to go wheeling today but ended up on firewood duty. Way nice picture. Did I mention it's hard to type when over served at the self serve bar.

Yep, a bunch of us rode down there on Saturday.

As for today, I only went as far as Portage. Oh yeah, another great day. Mark H.

Hey Steve, sounds like you're PUI(Posting Under the Influance)! :) Its legal on the information superhighway! Cutting wood doesn't sound like fun now, but in a month, those crackling logs will feel damn good! Gonna be a chilly ride to work this morning.

We may have passed on the Seward somewhere? It was a great day, indeed!
