Win $700 in Baja Designs LED Lights!

The Scientists of Lighting at Baja Designs are looking for a location to aim and test lighting configurations, and we need your help!

We are offering the person who locates the ideal spot $700 in Baja Designs lighting products!

We have tried Ocotillo, Plaster City, Lake Hodges, Big Bear, and Las Vegas without any luck. The area needed should be 1,000 feet wide by a minimum of 2,000 feet long. It should be relatively flat, with dark ground cover. There also need to be trees and/or bushes down the sides to mark distance.

Please email or private message us with photos and your contact information. Let the search begin!

You should check out La Tuna Canyon and route 2 in the angeles national forest. Theres a lot of sweet photo op spots on route 2 in the forest. And tons of bikers hit up rt 2 on saturdays for a reason. Hope this helps. That would go nicely on the front of my ktm 950 adventure.

BTW im from La Crescenta so ive actually ridden these spots. uncle sam likes to move me everywhere.

There must be a 500-1000 yard rifle range in your area.
It would probably be flat and have some sort of markings every 100 yards.

By using the same firing point, you would get consistent results.

I gotta agree, a driving range would be ideal. Defined markers, and known depth/width.

lake Hindmarsh

Lake Hindmarsh in Western Victoria, Australia. 135km2 of flat, grassed nothingness. Not the most interesting place on the planet but (1) suits your purpose and (2) surrounded by some great riding in the Mallee.
