Quick question Mike- I forgot to ask, does the Track shock come with any kind of clamps or brackets to hold the reservoir and the preload adjuster onto anything? (either the shock or a frame tube/whatever)

Thanks.

I can hardly wait to get the darned thing, I'm super stoked

Yea same here haha. I am hoping I can get it installed before Friday. I leave for 15 days of national guard training and the day after I get back is the Pine Barrens 300. It'd be nice to have suspension that doesn't have 45,000 hard miles on it.

Erm...does a DL1000 shock fit a DL650?

I don't see a wr250 or a 650 'Strom on that list...

Yes a Dl1000 shock fits a DL650. In stock form (stock dl650 shock vs stock DL1000 shock), the difference is length, spring rate, and valving. You can bolt up a Dl1000 shock to a 650 and vice versa. Nitron makes a DL650 specific shock but it is not in their adventure series which have larger diameter shafts, larger bodies, external reservoirs, etc.

That is correct. We just had a customer order the Adventure Series DL1000 shock with HP1 option for his DL650
