Haven't been posting to RTR much this summer as I started a new job that keeps me busy, but I have missed it this past number of weeks. Hopefully it will back and running again soon!

I'm a member of quite a few forums but don't hang around many of them much. Still hoping RTR comes back soon. I've done quite a bit of off road riding with another member from the Stephenville area. Last adventure was an overnight trip into the Gaff Topsails. Neither of us had been there. Was awesome. Second day of the trip it rained pretty hard and the puddles were pretty deep on the rail bed heading into Badger.

Good news!

RTR is back a fresh clean start. You'll all need to reregister.

Excellent shots on "The Gaffs" Gotta be getting cooler up there around now. A cabin for sleeping would make all the difference. Did you guys come back around Red Indian Lake?

If I still had every dollar I spent on motorbikes I would be a richer man but a poorer person.

We went around RIL another day. When we hit Millertown Junction on the way to RIL it was a tad cold and torrential downpours so we opted to head out to Badger and take the highway home.

We did another day ride up to Gros Morne via the snowmobile trails too. Fun fun.

We stayed at a cabin about 20km away and we left all the gear from the bikes there. No way I would've attempted it on a loaded bike. I was pretty impressed that the Vstrom 1000 went up too. I banged the skid plate a few times on the KLR.
