Let me try your GS1200 Russell Day Long

Anyone out there willing to let me try your seat. I am ready to sell this bike due to the discomfort after a short ride. I have a long one piece being made by Renazco now but that will not get here soon. Not even sure it will fix the problem.

I am in Southern Maine.

My back thanks you!

They are custom made, you know this of course... For an accurate comparison you would need the person to be simalar in size and stature to you... But on a side note, you are asking for a lot, you would have to be willing to ship your seat so the donating party can still ride.

Maybe ask in your hometown forum for someone locally?

Not looking for someone to ship, I do know some in the local area just don't know who they are, I've seen the bikes are at Max's shop.

I wonder if Russell would help put you in touch with somebody near by. I odered mine on faith, after test riding a Sargent and Bill Mayer. Best money I ever spent.

Hyena, how did the Russell affect your ground reach? What's your inseam? What about riding in the twisties; I don't hang off but I do slide around a little. Does it lock you into position? Some folks say it cuts into the backs of their thighs---what about you?
