According to a BING carb expert in Germany who also restores and sells BING and Dellorto.......... I copy - paste his suggestion.

The numbers 353 / 354 means ONLY, that they produced for a R80R. Thats all.
If you change the needles / nozzels you can uses it for all other engines up to 55 PS
If you have 650 ccm, the datas are:
main - nozzel 138
idle nozzel 45
jet nozzel 241 ( there is no number on it)
nozzel jet 2.64

Lookin' good on the engine!

I find a small electric engraver very useful. I've wiped off my marker marks more than once

I put a piece of wire through the stud holes in the rockers. Keeps them together. If the needles are loose, keeping the rockers together keeps the needles in place. if the rocker blocks don't have an orientation dot, I make one with the engraver.

I'd say that carb data turns into:

main jet : 138
Idle jet: 45
Needle: 241 taper needle
Needle jet size: 2.64
Needle position: Not given.

Keep collecting info. The main jet is the least important. The idle jet and needle jet and position the most impotent.
