so far it's survived colorado and utah strapped to my "little bike" and it took the flailing of the whooped out sand sections on the SE in the pinelands this weekend. sample pictures here.
You didn't bring the SE? Too big? You were missed, but it looks like you had a great time. Some pretty sweet terrain out there.

Always humbling to ride behind you - doing better on street tires on dirt, than I was with knobbies.

It's also nice to ride with groups of riders that understand the concept of no man left behind.
There's a lot of good riding in these parts. Sometimes the best roads are a little bit hidden.
I was having fun on that (new) old GS. It moves pretty well!

Still can't believe it's been five years.

Once again, I am both shocked and honored at the number of people that will brave the unpredictable elements and attend this little gathering. I appreciate each and every one of you coming and what you bring to the campfire.

Was blown away when Hannu said Jukka came from Finland specifically to attend.

No pressure there. I don't even know what to say other than I am honored. Kind of wish there was some type of award to give out...but that would take away from the simplicity of what is Recompence.

A few people need to be mentioned for their efforts.

First, Brad (aka Beez). Outstanding job on the sticker design. Not sure we can ever top or even match that one.

Also going to mention Michele at Makeitstickmedia.com. She's been making the stickers for the last 3 years and has come through with flying colors each and every time given the ridiculous deadlines I try to throw at her.

Can't thank the folks at the campground enough but Corie in particular takes good care of us each year. The guy delivering the wood (sorry, dude, bad with names) is a Godsend as well.

Regardless of how much I beat that $30 sandwich to death this weekend I appreciate David (PWRCRZR) stepping up and organizing Friday night's dinner each year. It's a big part of the event that obviously everyone enjoys.

Hannu, that leaf blower around the fire pit was a good idea. Seem to recall a few stray fires last year.

Andrew, following you on the ride home brought back some great memories! Thanks for leading the way!

Once again, thank all of you for coming.

Now let's see some more pictures!

I was just catching some zzzz's by the warm fire.
It's not camping unless I fall asleep outside in that old, green chair. Seriously, wasn't passed out, hell I've been "sleeping" by campfires for over 11 years.

I had a great time this year. Glad I took Friday off to attend the whole shebang. Awesome stickers and great company around the fire. Thanks to all who goes puts in the effort to organize the event.

Best site at the campground if you don't mind gale force winds. Got lucky with a warm night Saturday. Slept like a baby, or maybe I was unconscious.

Too bad all I had was my phone. Looking toward Yarmouth.
