Shipping bike by air from Singapore- need drain the oil ?

Valued forum,

I am still struggling to ship my bike by air from Singapore to Nepal.

Question 1: has anyone done it and can recommend me an experienced helpful company in Singapore who does shipment by air ?
Question 2: which documents- besides CDP - will I need to produce ?
Question 3: do I need to drain the oil out of the bike ? Some Forwarder says "no", some forwarder say "yes"
(Surely I need to drain the fuel)
Question 4: would it be advisable to just ship it from Bangkok - like so many other things, it looks to me that Singapore requires 100++ do documents,

Can anyone answer any of the above
Slowly getting frustrated not finding the right company based in Singapore ...or those I find do not seem to be that experienced,

"Question 3: do I need to drain the oil out of the bike ?"

I don't think it is officially required to drain oil. At least a few years ago it wasn't.

But if they insist you have to do it, then it's better to just obey. Sometimes freight forwarders come up with stuff, and there's not much you can do about it.

edit. Yeah Id consider to go BKK (or KL.)

Just getting a bike into Singapore is a PITA. I always stay in Jahor Baru and take the train over. Shipping out of BKK would be much simpler with many more options for cratting and shipping. If you stay at the Rompo Mansion in Bkk they have a freight forwarding outfit on the first floor and cratting and shop across the street.
