So he thought he was the police then? Yeah, that should give everybody the right to halt other cars right in the middle of the road as they wish.
Do you routinely plow through stopped cars? What if someone has a breakdown?
Just because a vehicle stops in front of you (legally or not), does not give you the right to run him over.

Also, the RR took it upon himself to run over anyone and everyone who got in his way. What if there was an innocent motorcycle commuter who got caught up in the whole melee the same as the RR? Does the RR have the right to play cop, judge, jury, and (almost) executioner?

If someone was cutting my tires with a knife and I felt my family was in danger you bet I would.
The footage is not clear as to what actually took place but given the bikers act of aggression would have prompted the same response from me.
The only difference would have been when he hit my window with his helmet he would have no longer needed it, I would have blown his head off.

My understanding, based on the original video evidence, is that the physical assault of the RR driver and slashing of the RR tires occurred after the RR initially made contact with the with the white bike, left the scene of that accident, immediately caused another accident, resulting not only in property damage but serious and most likely permanent physical injury to a third party, left the scene of that accident as well, then further down the road was involved in yet another accident and left the scene as well. Only after all this was he physically assaulted (verbal intimidation aside).

Look again. The right front tire of the RR was gone in photos taken at the end of the 'chase'. That pretty much shows he'd been running on his flat tire/rim for some distance. Which probably indicates that the jackass who is laid up in the hospital is the one who slashed his tire, since he is the one who was at the right front corner of the RR before and during the 'stop' on the parkway...

Fair enough. I did not see those photos, just going off the video. Link?
But his tires are fine when he makes the first contact. Two wrongs still don't make a right.

From earlier in this thread. "The Stop".

From the JoMomma thread. "The Beating". Notice the right front wheel of the RR:

Why do you think? I doubt the 2 year old inside did it...

Wife screaming for help out the front passnger door, door to the backseat where the 2 year old is open and half a dozen thugs beating on the driver. Human garbage feeding off the mob mentality.

My sympathies to the wife, daughter and driver. I hope the rest get what they deserve.

Hey dude, you forgot something this morning.

Are you high for Christ's sake?!

We are not talking about someone plowing a rear bumper in rush hour by not paying attention.

We are talking about a band of bullies staging an "accident" by deliberatly braking 3 feet in front of a surrounded moving vehicule.

Anyway, there's nothing I can do or say to change your mind, stupidity is sometimes too deeply embedded.

Scary. A lot going on in this picture. doors open (front and back) on the RR. Smashed windows, tires gone, wife appears to be trying to keep thugs away from the daughter. Thugs messing up the RR driver as a group. More thugs with clear faces taking video.

I am very interested in how this plays out legally.

BTW - screw those guys on bikes/quads. Nothing but thugs in a group. by themselves they aren't shit.
