Did you see any bicycles? If you thought you did, I'm not sure we can believe anything you say that you see.

Because usually it's the other way around--the little boys are the ones dressed up in big bad trucks and SUVs, going around without regard for others, swinging their little hitch balls and trying to intimidate smaller vehicles. This is probably why someone else suggested maybe the SUV driver started it: because this type of shithead driver is well-known. However, it's also true that these MC gangs' patterns of behavior are also well-known. Personally, I'd have disengaged immediately and exited, expecting the douchebags to stop traffic and perform stunts in front of the 5 stopped lanes of cars (last episode in STL).

I'm quite sure that every police department in the country is aware of this event and it's aftermath. That's a good thing.

It could be that he was a bystander recording it for evidence. If I was a bystander I would have been a little hesitant to step in and try to stop the thugs because I would probably end up getting a beatin' out of the deal. Recording what they did might help put some of them in jail though.

More video footage of the ride "Before" all this transpired. As we can all see the riders were asshats from the get go... No, wait, Twatwaddles I think was the term of choice in this thread....

Was it Twatwaddle or Twatwaffle?

Never mind, both fit and sound good. Definitely an epic gathering of Twats.

But Urban Dictionary says both are valid, I particularly enjoyed definition #1: http://www.urbandictionary.com/defin...erm=twatwaffle

Based on that footage, not too hard to imagine those so-called bikers got all the trouble started with that Range Rover. Not a clue about anything, just like a kindergarten on two wheels. Glad they videotape all their dumb moves for evidence. That´s actually doubly dumb. But will help send a few of them in jail for that beating. What a bunch of sad idiots.

These assholes just put targets on the backs of lots of bikers who ride together ... and happen to make a judgement error while riding in traffic.

At that point - they were the agressors.

Have to say that the rest of them were lucky that the man panicked and ran. Many others would have run a few of them over, broke free , let the chase begin and then they would have used the SUV as a weapon to take as many of them out as possible. This could have been much bloodier.

What's the sane thing to do when such a crowd appears? Slow (and perhaps stop in the middle of the interstate?) and wait for them all to pass? What if one of them hits you?

After reading and watching, I think the RR driver deserves props for only sending one of the bikers to the hospital. In his place, my retreat probably would have caused more injury.
