Cooper Rd near Cades Cove

Im planning a trip this weekend to Cades Cove and the surrounding area. Can anyone tell me if Cooper Rd. is a paved road or hard packed gravel. Im on an RT so Im good with hard pack but want to stay away from mud and dirt.

Thanks,

Bud

FYI Cades Cove and the GSMNP are currently closed due our leaders in D.C.
Campers are being told to leave and all facilities are being locked. Only through roads are going to be open according to local news.

The good thing is, your damn motor can't read. If it says oil on the container, it's pretty much OK to dump in there.... ED.

Still lots of good riding in the area, I live here. Let me know if you have any other questions.
