Just how do you assault someone safely with an Escalade? You're delusional.

And if you're going to "penalize" me for my "illegal activities" be prepared for the illegal response. A good (my) lawyer will get me out in time enough to watch Monday Night Football. The system is broken. And I'll take every advantage of that.
IMO, positioning a vehicle to discourage illegal passing is not the same as vigilante justice where someone swerves at or tries to run someone off the road. I see it done every day at busy freeway merges where a few drivers always try to jump the merge messing up the flow for everyone else.

Everything we do affects others, if we decide to grant ourselves special privlages we should be willing to accept what goes with it.

If we decide to act like an ass, we should expect to be treated like an ass.

I love you guys who think behaving like a saint will change others views on motorcyclists. Interposing a 2 ton vehicle in my way when I'm riding is assault in my book. And that's the only book I worry about.

If I were to look in the right place I'm sure I'd see people smoking crack every day. Doesn't change the effects of smoking crack. Applying false logic to justify one's erroneous "feelings" is simply subterfuge by the obtuse. Transparent.

Back to plugging the hole in the dyke's thought processes ...

Did anyone take down the plate number and report this to the authorities as an incident of road rage?

Most states encourage calls about this, regardless of the circumstances that led up to it.

Someone who lets this sort of thing get to them enough to affect safety, and feels a need to pull over and yell at people, should at least have a running tally somewhere so that when they do actually cause an injury there is some record of prior instances of this behavior.

At the very least call and report it with a description of where it happened, of the driver, and of the car. Having multiple witnesses call would be even better.

Having it on GoPro and posted to YouTube would be the best ...

In Maryland there's an aggressive driver program where following closely, running red lights, passing on the left or even flashing headlamps leads to a citation. A rather hefty citation to the tune of 5 points, possible 6 months incarceration and $1000 fine.

Passing on the left? Flashing lights? That's kind of overkill.

My point wasn't about debating the lesser of 2 evils, wrong is wrong. Its about taking responsibility for ones choices.

If you decide to pass a car doing significantly under the limit in a no passing zone and they try to run you off the road, your a victim and have my sympathy.

If you do it on such a regular basis that you know for certain that you will have negative encounters on an "almost weekly" basis, and continue to do so, then whine about it online, you're an "idot" who deserves no sympathy.

It's called natural selection, stupid is supposed to hurt.

I think a slap up side the head is the usual cure.
But I figured that out a long time ago, others seem to be slow learner's
