I picked my R up on Tuesday and haven't even ridden it yet :(

I was hoping that the rain we were supposed to get would wash some of the salt off the roads, but we got freezing rain instead.

What headlight did they put in the US model?

Does it have two separate reflectors: one for high and one for low, or are they using one bulb and reflector for both high and low, like they did in the 950/990s?

Thanks.

Hey Guys. I just left our local KTM Dealer in Canfield Ohio, Pointview Cycle, and they have two 1190s on the floor and available. 1 orange, and a white R just getting prepped. Check them out. They're a great dealer. Latenight

It seems that they planned it this way to torture us. I have been staring at mine for 3 days and not been able to ride it.

I'm anxiously awaiting mine to show up in Kennewick WA. Snow or no snow I'm riding it.
How about some pics of the controls on the US models? What are they doing for a high/low headlamp switch? The euro ones I rode at the rally didn't have any switch for high/low beams. I think they had sensors instead. I'm hoping the US models are not that way.
