A2DPblocker iPhone, Sena SMH10 and Garmin 765T: WORKS
I got a Garmin 765T from eBay to try and beat the cost of a Zuma for a while. After working with the iPhone, 765t and SMH10 each would pair, but it ended up being one or the other not both at the same time.
Surfing last night I found an app called A2DPblocker for the iPhone and tried it to see if it would work and it did. It allows the SMH10 to hear the 765T for direction and MP3 plus receive and make calls with the iPhone. You have to connect up to the SMH10 in a certain order to get it all to work but so far it is working.
Load A2DPblocker on the iPhone turn it off for now.
Pair to the SMH10 normally. Check and make sure it works.
If it work go in to iPhone setting and disable Bluetooth for now.
Pair the 765T to the SMH10 using Audio pairing on the 765T and Multipoint on the SHM10. Check and make sure it works.
Now back to the iPhone go to A2DP blocker and turn it on.
Then go back the Bluetooth setting and turn it on.
It should connect. (The iPhone might give an error but it will work.)
Once you done the Setup,
Start up should be done this way
Turn the iPhone Bluetooth off for Startup
The Garmin 765T needs to connect first to the SMH10 then the iPhone (That's why you have to turn Bluetooth off on the iPhone)
Hope this makes sense your on your own.

I need to try this with my Zumo 665 and iPhone. My iPhone always grabs the stereo profile when I want to stream music from my Zumo.

iPhone TomTom app and wired iPod to Sena SMH10
Wish I found this thread earlier, but your solution fixed my problem as well. I was using the TomTom iPhone GPS app for voice directions, but the TomTom audio is muted by the external mini jack that my iPod is plugged into. Other aps like Waze GPS worked with the mini jack plugged in, but the Sena protocol overrides stereo Bluetooth when the external jack is used.
The tech support at Sena said that the A2DP Blocker may work for me. Installed on the iPhone 4s with ios7 and everything works now. I can keep the external hard wired iPod plugged in and get instructions from the TomTom.
Just FYI, the phone has always worked with the Sena, and the other apps like Waze worked because they were not treated as a stereo source. I needed the TomTom because the database is loaded into the phone so you don't need cell service for the GPS to work.
