Riding gear store in N. GA?

Does anybody know of a good store that carries a good selection of riding gear in the North Georgia area? Particularly women's gear. I'm getting tired of ordering stuff for my wife and having to send it back. It would be much easier to just go try some things on and buy them on the spot. I need to get some good armored overpants for my wife ASAP.

We live in Ball Ground. I found one place via google called European Motorsports up in Dahlonega but we won't be going near there this weekend with that Gold Rush festival going on.

Anyway, thanks in advance!

might be a couple. check to see if She Rides is still around, maybe only web based now, they used to have a location in alpharetta. google it.

a bit further north but a nice ride would be Tellico Plains motorcycle shop. www.tellicomoto.com Mike has a great selection of very good quality womens and mens gear and great prices.

european motors is aka Riders Hill, good selection of gear but it's been a year or two since I was in there, but they have had good priced gear in the past, usually more low to mid range gear (tellico is more mid to high end gear).

hope that helps..

+1 for MiniMike @ Tellico Moto Outfitters.

Mike is one of the best in the business.

I don't think that Acme 'went under'. I believe he just closed the brick & mortar and is selling online now.

I hope that's the case, but I can't see his old website anymore.

Awesome, thanks guys. I'm getting tired of ordering stuff for my wife from Revzilla and returning what doesn't fit her just right.

PA road trip then

Sorry to hear of your woes. Finding good fitting women's moto kit is like a needle in a haystack. I've found most companies ignore the subtiles of hips and chests and just stick a W next to the sizing.

I've worn out my ill fitting First Gear and Aerostich Darrien Pants. You might give a look at companies that are doing more true womens patterns such as KLIM or BMW.

Uhmmm...Klim doesn't make moto gear for women yet, except for a pair of mx pants. They've been dangling that carrot far too long......lost my business. Aerostich still make the best fitting gear for women imho. Although recently had ordered a womens roadcrafter.....didn't come close to fitting me. Went back to mens sizing....fits. Weird?
