We jumped up and down but the arch would not fall. We were concerned someone might get hurt. I was told that a person rode a trials bike across Mussleman Arch.

Trials bike? Pffffft!!! I heard a 190 pound guy rode a KLR650 over it. Amazingly it didn't collapse.

Never been there so I don't know, but if that is the case its something maybe if you GoPro'ed it for yourself and not the world to see at least till you are old and don't care anymore because no one will remember what the law was 40 years ago.
