Just got the SE running last night and with luck will have it out on the ice. I made some improvements over the past few months and now I've got 126 hp instead of the normal 92 hp Revs to 10,200 RPM

**EDIT**
What did you do to get the extra ponies.

990 Fuel injection system and I'm running the 990 Super Duke ECU, which is unlocked and wide open for tuning. Getting a map from a friend that has a dyno tuned map. Doing a few other tricks but don't really want to spread it around. I'll fill you in on the details in person.

No Hammer for me. Gramps took a fall last week and I need to get back to WNY and visit with him in the home. Sad as hell man, He's been my rock for years and I'm not looking forward to seeing him frail and in the home. 90 yrs old is no joke though, He's lived a good life.

I'm going to race the Hogsback Harescramble next Sunday on the SE with the cousins while I'm in town. Looking forward to it actually. Can't wait to line up on that monster Michele is making me number plates that say #Sandbagger

15-20. I don't think that I can tell the difference but the rule of thumb is soft tires for hard ice, and hard tires for soft ice.

Jumping in this head first this winter. I'm assuming this place is the standard for buying ready made ice tires? Any other options?

No No No. You go to the hardware store and buy sheetmetal screws. Lol

What are you trying to cheat or something?

I miss riding on the ice. Just about the best way to go through a tank of gas I ever found.
