Ride safe Dwight

Have a great time I have been looking for this post since we had a few PM messages and you said you were going.
I will live vicariously through you while i sit in the office eating my lunch as I am now. "I can take a trip with out leaving the farm" so to speak. LOL
Have a great time
Paul

I am a dentist too. Let him go down to mexico for his work. He gets what he pays for....... sometimes an infectious disease also bc we know their standards are lacking (I dont want him to get an infectious disease however!)

My version is:

You rarely get what you pay for.

So beware of the high priced guys!!!!!!!!!!!

Good Morning from Bucksport Maine

Good Morning from Bucksport Maine

Welcome aboard everyone that has been kind enough to send me a note! Glad to have you all reading along.

Phil the dinner sounds good. That should work, stay in touch.

Terry, Steve rode with me to the border, chilly yesterday but very nice, too bad you weren't along.

We are in Bucksport anxious to go to Dunkin D's while it warms up. Steve is riding back to Shediac today and I of course will head further south.

Here are a few pics from yesterday.

Steve

Nice day, clear and cool 4C when we left, warming to 11C

There were still blackflies

Beal's Island

Long Shadows

Maine coast is great!

We did very little of this

So we didn't end up saying this

It was a great day, today is bright, clear and cool, looking good!

I will write more when I have more time

See ya in TEXAS !

I've been getting ready for the trek to Terlingua and missed wishing you an early send-off. I'm heading west in about two hours. Reading this report has prompted me to take my KLR. So, if you make it out there maybe we can take some day trips around Big Bend.

Be Safe. You need anything, I'm just a phone call away (plus maybe 10 or 12 hours).

I can't help but think that I also passed through Bucksport on my way to your place and then over to Cavendish

I think we filled up at the gas station there but everythings a blurr all those small towns look the same.

We stopped at the Dunkins in Yarmouth, ME

I'll bet it was nice to have Company for the first day or so.

I can't remember if you bought a GPS SPOT tracker so we can follow you more closely.

safe travels, wish I was there

Awesome Kedgi! I very much enjoyed your last RR and am looking forward to this one. Any chance you'll be coming through eastern Maryland?

Hey Beezer, welcome aboard.

There is a very good chance i may pass through Eastern Maryland. I originally planned to ride the Blue Ridge Parkway. I have done that a few times and know it is excellent but with it being so cold and windy this week I have been thinking I may run down to Cape May and take the ferry over to Maryland, rather than run way up in the mountains.

I'm not sure but it is a good possibility.
