Have any of you folks ridden south from hwy 79/Dover hwy down Hwy 232 towards hwy 147? 232 is one twisty mother and its about a 1 1/2 miles to the east of where you come out on 79. If you ride down to 147 and turn right toward the river you will pass SouthernAire Motel and Restaurant on your right. They have great food and a very relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast is outstanding and they have a great buffet for lunch along with some mighty good cuts of meat.

That is a fun ride! I've got a route mapped out that uses that to tie a bunch of dirt together. Starts on the North side of the river, and runs South, ending up in McEwen. It's a nice mixed ride and lots of fun.

Just shot you a PM back, by the way. Let me know if you want me to add your name to the in list.

It probably won't be during this event, at least not my route, but I will get something together soon to run it. It is about 140 miles, I think.

We could run 232 and back easily enough at the event though. It is often referred to as the "Baby Dragon." Lakefront road inside LBL is more fun since it was paved, in my opinion.

I'll ask him and get back with you here.

ETA: he'll check his schedule and the weather - if both are clear, he'll come!

Thanks Jon! The 150 scares me, but if ya'll do Turkey Bay and HappySon wants to ride it then I'll bring it for him. I'll prolly do the roads on the DR. (150's not street legal)

You could just opt for Waitress #1 (the one you were looking for last time) or for Waitress #2's daughter (the one in the pics.) I'm just messing with you - was it WS's cousin that had the Segway???

TOO much funny here!!!!

I was thinking it was Kevin's cousin, or some such, but I might not be correct on that either. I know he was riding a newer KLR, but didn't ride with us.

Yep, still vegan! Don't sweat making changes just for me, I know how difficult it is to adapt for just one person, especially baking! I'm going to try to whip something up to show that it can still be good though!

Less than 2 weeks!

Ok Matt, just googled Vegan recipes and came across something sounds pretty good, but it called for vegan butter. WTF??? Is it something non-bovine or do vegans still love their buttah?
