tires and mounting?

Just picked up a 01 R1150GS.
I am in Stuart; any sugestions for a good place to purchase Tourance tires and mounting on the Trasure Coast or South Florida. I will take the wheels off the bike so it does not have to be a BMW shop.

What about windows 8? Does it work with Skype on dial up or will I get too much jitter?
