Gang,

Don't forget, Mark's efforts are to provide a Badlands Jacket and Pant to the high bidder, along with a 50% off certificate. If you need awesome adventure apparel......this is a great opportunity to get your gear and provide for this family.

It has been a good day. Many of you have stepped up.

Our total for the day is $505.

We will run this effort through next Friday.

There are over 100k members on ADVRider and if 1% of us averaged a $10 donation, we would raise $10,000.....which would cover a week for this family.

Can we hit $10,000 in seven days? Please consider a gift.

Make your PayPal gift to: business@rmariders.org

Thank you!!!!

Donation sent.

Since between snowmobiling and dirt bikes I've spent thousands with Klim I'd be interested, and I think it would be good for their own publicity, to know what they as a company are contributing to the cause. It is noble for an an employee to reach out for this kind of cause, but I would really respect Klim a lot more if they as a company would make a public donation to support one of their own.

I'm sure like in most cases they are giving the employee time off, accommodating their oddball schedule and what have you. At least that is what good companies do and so far KLIM does seem to be a good company so I'm sure they are doing a lot.

Gang, I have not asked Mark K this specific question, but such matters are highly confidential. Not only does the company NOT want to not brag....but usually the family wants it kept secret as well.

There is no way, a strong family company, like KLIM is not taking care of this family.....even with the recent acquisition by Polaris.

I choose to believe positive and I think Mark K's actions are only a small part of what the whole KLIM family is doing.
