Yeah,of all the times to flip it as sideways as it will go that was a special time to do so,all while looking at his victim.

It would appear to be quite clear that of all people one Aldon Baker doesn't understand conditioning. Surely if he gets credit for his meal tic- clients successes then he should get equal credit for their failures. I mean this guy has to realize at some point that these aren't bicycles his guys are riding. Maybe Aldon would do better training bicycle riders as that is where his field of expertise lies?

They pointed out James's trainer after the race. Why would he pay a trainer, he already knows how to win championships ?

Glad to see Flug is still his usual self, a veritable ray of sunshine. Do you even like SX Flug?

And it really is a shame that the best New York can put out is Bitch Boy Barcia. I am surprised a company like Honda employs him. They must really be desparte these days.

I dont know that he would have done so on the Western circuit, looked like deeper talent out west.

RV looked distracted/dis-interested from the get go,hard to force it sometimes.
AC could beat Deano no problem, if Deano decided not to flop over on his own.

If nothing else, Ryno can teach Dean how to fight the other riders.

Aldon has 4 wins so far, correct?

I wonder if he counts podiums too.

Its a little hard to say after 1 blazing race win,and there were others besides Dean going fast in the west.

But danged if AC didnt put those guys in their place,Bagget thought he would blaze past into the lead and that didnt work out well.

But then with AB training him,how could he not win?

Barcia is good for the show, eventually he will start earning his keep on the 450. Hes just having an unsettled year....or two.

AC is training alongside RV and KR,so his wins count as Aldon wins also?

Absolutely. AC would be working the drive through at McDonalds if not for Aldon Baker.

Did they get beat because they got tired or out ridden?
