Thanks for the help with Wayno's thread, Prop. If I didn't know you were just stirring, I would seek the revocation of your visa to travel to Missouri.

Stirring? Me?

They're onto me!

I'll behave. I can't risk denial of entry into KC.

Back off all, I'm afraid if you revoke Props entry into MO he'll reciprocate and yank my visa into MN.

That would prevent me from visiting the in-laws.

Never-mind, yank his pass if he get out of line.

I could revoke your pass into Brits pub.

I think we have an appropriate stand off situation that allows us both free passage in either direction.

It's a delicate alliance...........but made stable by the desire for food and beer.

There are good pubs and craft beers in MN.

I'm calling it a draw.

I'm really looking forward to riding down your way again - and that's not even BS.

That's as solid and honest a statement as you will ever hear me make.

I wonder if the puddle of sweat I left in his driveway is still there.

The strangest thing about that trip was that 30 miles north of town the temp dropped by a solid 15 degrees.

That Wallace state park was a darn nice place to stay too. I love falling asleep to the Cicadas. Maybe this coming year I'll be able to make a little more time and explore the Ozarks a bit.

I know I'm a bit strange in that I really don't mind a slog on 35 but I'd never argue with a little extra exploring time.

The KC BBQ places all heard we were coming, so they fired up all the available smokers and grills to feed us. Hell even Arthur Bryants knocked the roaches off the wall and opened back up for us. All those extra grills and smokers bumped the temp up around KC. I'm pretty sure that's what it was.

Well, you are a bit strange, but even so sometimes slogging out the trip down like that is worth it to get more time at the destination. Just the way it is. I wouldn't mind more exploring time down there myself. Have to see what works this year. Vacation time is limited, as it is for us all. Which is why slogging out I 35 can be essential.
