That pretty well sums it up....

I sold a bike here a few years ago and had a potential buyer get pissy with me. I was PM'g with 2 guys. The first one committed to buy 30 minutes before the other guy. I sold to guy #1. Guy #2 was upset that I didn't let him know I was talking with someone else. IMO, first person with agreement to buy is at the head of the line. If the deal falls thru, the next guy has a shot at it.
